Interns and their managers are responsible for coordinating a customised training and work schedule for each intern, therefore there is no set standard, because each day is open to the discretion of the intern, their manager, and the programs that he/she would like to participate in. If an intern knows what area of the business he/she is interested in entering upon completion of their interneeship, then it is encouraged that the intern participate in activities that coordinate with his/her interests. An intern will have a mixture of on-site work and classroom training. Most work will be directly related to the area of an interns interest but some activities may be generally administrative in nature and throughout the program the intern will, at one time or another, experience every major functional aspect of the business to a lesser or greater extent. Upon the completion of training programs provided by Ormita the intern will receive appropriate certification and written references. Find out more:
