	Primo is an economist from Mexico City. He holds a Masters Degree of Economy (Instituto Techn ológico Autónomo de México, ITAM) and Masters Degree of Public Policy and Administration (London School of Economics), LSE). Primo worked with the Mexican Government where he has acquired wide ranging experience in competition, fiscal policies and Social Security. He has previously worked with private enterprise and Federal Government focusing mainly on project valuation. Primo is a member of the American Economics.Association, ECOMOD, the the Midwest Economics Association and the Internet Society (Pacific Islands chapter).
