Out Of Work Leisure Activities

Training Interns are occasionally offered Company-paid out-of-work activities together with other employees of Ormita.

Ormita employees and interns have previously visited salt mines in Poland, pyramids in Mexico and Guatemala, castles in Germany and France, taken sailing trips in New Zealand and Australia, gone on rainforest walks in South America and undertaken a range of other trips.

These activities should be considered a “bonus” and those wanting to help organize additional activities for the group are more than welcome provided they include everyone in the intern and training group. The Company will accept submissions for funding of additional activities on a case-by-case basis so you are welcome to put your case forward and see if it is approved

The Company does its best to promote team-work; both in and out of the office.
