Job Opportunities After Your Internship Ormita International is the owner of the Ormita brand. The company provides regional and national Ormita offices with:

Permanent positions are regularly available in a variety of areas either directly with Ormita Commerce Network Limited or with one of our regional offices. The national office primarily provides the above services, with its largest division being the training and implementation department. 95% of those employed in this area are on constant rotation to different countries and offices for on-site training and implementation. Regional offices may be joint-venture arrangements and/or licensees of the Ormita brand and while Ormita can make recommendations for employment to these locations it can not force those businesses to take on new staff. Ormita does, however, control the functional structure of these offices including minimum number of employees and employee standards and trained interns generally have a far better chance at permanent employment with a regional office than an unknown applicant. Customers of Ormita have also, regularly, expressed an interest in hiring Ormita interns and Ormita deals with a large number of businesses on a daily basis. Those interested in working for specific companies are encouraged to advise us and we will do our best to promote an out-placement to those businesses. Permanent Ormita employees are generally entitled to shares in the Company through the employee share plan. Interns are not guaranteed a position within the Ormita organisation and they must apply for positions as they come available. Where an intern is an exceptional achiever they can request to be put on a waiting list for a suitably available position and/or their supervisor may circulate their resume to the appropriate offices and managers for additional consideration; regardless of current job availability.
