Financial Arrangements

For interns from different countries / states the following is relevant:

Ormita provides:

• Round-trip airfare from the Intern's home to location(s) of internship
• Full room and board [home-stay, hotel or shared apartment depending on location]
• All work-related travel expenses including daily commuter passes to/from the office and place of accommodation etc
• All costs related to obtaining Visas (except the cost of a passport)
• Travel insurance (health insurance, lost baggage, theft etc)
• Business cards, email address, telephone extension
• Computer and telecommunications equipment appropriate to your role
• Internet access
• 300 minutes of toll calls (to landlines) to Interns home country per month

Interns are responsible for:

• Obtaining a passport
• Personal expenses such as clothing, books, postage, entertainment etc
• Transfer to/from their local airport
• Transfer to/from the local embassy/consulate to collect their Visa [if a visa is required]
