Country assignments run for a period of 3 months. Should an intern seek a longer-term intern position then they will typically be able to travel and work with Ormita in more than one country.

In addition to work assignments, interns are offered on-site training and also have the ability to develop their own training materials and courses and to prove their knowledge and skills to the business.

Interns are provided with [paid] sight-seeing opportunities and, in some instances, one or more weeks off mid-internship with paid travel [back-packing style] to local sights in the country of placement.
