Chris Cook is the former director of
the International Petroleum Exchange and
is the originator of the Iranian Oil Bourse
project. He is an active strategic market consultant, entrepreneur and commentator.
Chris’s early career was in fraud investigation in the UK's
DTI where he then moved to City regulation where he remained for a period of 10 years.
In the last few years Chris has been actively
developing partnership-based "enterprise models"
or legal and financial structures, and now consulting
as an enterprise architect in the application of
decentralised and non-hierarchical networked legal
models typically using UK LLP's and US LLC's .
